2017-2018 Letting Season

As the letting season approaches we’ve updated our website to give you the full list of all our available student houses.  So if you’re going to need a student house in Lancaster for next year (2017/2018) why not take a look now.  We have single houses for groups of up to 9 students or multiple houses next to each other for larger groups.  All our houses are in great locations next the the university or university bus routes and we have a full time maintenance team to help you out if you have any issues.

Penthouse room available from Sept 2016 in Lancaster

Looking for a great student room for next year?  Well, we have the perfect student room available in our top floor penthouse flat, sharing with 3 other students!

This newly built city centre flat (coming Sept 2016) will have a lounge, kitchen, and en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms will have double beds, fridge, microwave and an en-suite shower room.  All bedrooms will be 15M² – bigger than most campus rooms and other purpose built student rooms in Lancaster.  There will be a lift and bike store within the building and a private outside sitting area in the court yard.   It is approx 50 metres to the bus stop for Lancaster University and train station is only a minutes walk away. Unlimited fibre broadband (up to 80Mb) internet service is already connected in all rooms for when you move in.

The Railton - New student accommodation in Lancaster from Yellow Door Lets

We’re excited to finally release the artistic impressions for our brand new, renovated Railton Development, which is available to let from September 2016! This development offers spacious, modern studio styled ensuite flats for groups of 2-7. Brand new purpose built en-suite rooms and studios – coming Sept 2016

We’re extremely excited to announce we are creating a purpose built student accommodation buildings on Station road, Lancaster.  Rooms will be available from £105 per week, including all bills and upto 80Mb broadband.

All rooms and studios will be located very close to the city centre and the university bus X1 stops outside the buildings. It is only one minutes walk to the train station.  With journey times to London (2h 35m) and Manchester (1h) travelling between home and university has never been easier.

If you’re moving into one of our student houses or rooms this July, you can pick up your key at the Yellow Door Lets office on Scotforth Road from 12 noon on the 8th July 2015. Please don’t go to our city office as this will not be open.
